Returns and refunds.
We want to ensure that you’re happy with anything you’ve purchased at ȯkȯ. Although we cannot do refunds on custom eyewear products, we will do everything we can to fix the issue. All eyewear products are covered under warranty for one year (sometimes two) from the time of purchase – this covers frames, lenses, and contact lenses. All optical products that are unopened are eligible for return within 30 days from the purchase date.
No-Show Appointments.
We require 24 hour notice for cancellation of an appointment. We do our best to respect your time at ȯkȯ so we require you to do the same. Your first no-show appointment results in a warning. Any future no-shows result in a $25.00 charge to your appointment.
